Leaderboard email waitlist

When you sign up, we collect your email address, an optional website or profile URL, the signup time, the exact consent notice and its version, and the time you confirm or unsubscribe. We also save campaign source, medium, and campaign labels from the link you used, when present, to understand which content brings interested signups. We do not save the income amounts you enter into the game.

With your consent, we use these details to email you about Outgain leaderboard availability and launch updates. Your website helps us understand what you want to promote. We do not publish waitlist entries, sell the list, or infer your income from your email.

A confirmation link checks that you control the email address. Unconfirmed addresses do not receive launch updates. Unsubscribe using the link in an email, or contact us to withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion.

We use a hashed network identifier for short-lived signup rate limits and a hidden spam field. Hosting providers may retain normal security and request logs. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking for this signup.

Our hosting, database, and email delivery providers process signup details to operate the service. Delivery may involve processing outside your country. Unconfirmed requests are removed after 30 days when routine signup cleanup runs. Confirmed entries are retained while needed for the requested updates; we review inactive entries within 12 months. When you unsubscribe, your address and consent history may be retained to honour your opt-out, but are excluded from contact exports.

Paid listings

Outgain publishes information submitted for listings, their paid totals, and one aggregate outbound-click count. It does not create visitor accounts or store per-click histories, unique-visitor identities, or tracking profiles.

The selected payment provider will handle card and payer data. Outgain retains only the payment references, amounts, currency, and status needed to apply or remove paid ranking value safely. A short-lived administrator cookie protects moderation.

The hosting and payment providers may process ordinary request, security, and transaction data under their own privacy terms. Contact Outgain to request a listing correction or removal, or to ask about personal data connected to a payment.
