How Outgain ranking works.
The leaderboard is not open for payments yet. Joining the email waitlist does not publish a listing, reserve a position, or require payment. The rules below describe the planned paid leaderboard.
Every visible listing is paid placement
The global leaderboard orders visible listings by cumulative paid bid, highest first. Category and search pages filter that same order. There is no organic, trending, editorial, or unpaid ranking.
Payments add value, not ownership
Anyone may submit or raise any public URL. A one-time payment adds to that listing's total. It does not buy a permanent position and does not imply ownership, authorization, representation, endorsement, traffic, customers, or results.
Ties and displacement
Higher totals rank first. Equal totals are ordered by the time that total was achieved, then immutable listing ID. An outbid listing keeps its paid total and may be raised again.
Refunds, reversals, and moderation
Confirmed refunded, disputed, or reversed value is removed from the listing's total and rank. Administrators may edit, hide, or remove listings regardless of payment. Moderation does not itself create a refund.
